Course overview
This lab-based training and certification class focuses on the configuration of our VoIP products and UCM series IP PBXs. lab testings covered will include: installation, provisioning, PSTN configuration, peering/SIP trunk configuration, system settings, UC features and more. A certification exam will be available to achieve the Certified Professional level in UC Solutions.

Course objectives
The 1-day course is conducted in class and consists of hands-on sessions, during which participants will learn in practice the functionality of the UCM line, including advanced features and integration. Practical exercises are conducted on real equipment.

Course pre-requisites:
This advanced course requires prior completion of the GCS course and a Grandstream Certified Specialist UC Solutions certification.
The course is intended for technical consultants and engineers wishing to design and implement Grandstream telephony solutions. The course will also be useful for system administrators of customer companies who want to expand the set of basic skills that were acquired on the Grandstream Telephony Systems course.
