Course Overview

This combined two-day course includes the following modules:

UC Solution

Networking Solution

This lab-based training and certification class focuses on the configuration of Grandstream VoIP products, UCM series IP PBXs and networking products. The labs covered will include: installation, provisioning, PSTN configuration, peering/SIP trunk configuration, system settings, UC features, Wi-Fi system deployment, networking products provisioning and more. Certification exams will be available to achieve the Certified Professional level in UC Solutions and Networking Solutions.

Course objectives

The 2-day course is conducted in class and consists of hands-on sessions, during which participants will learn in practice the functionality of the UС and Networking lines, including advanced features and integration. Practical exercises are conducted on real equipment.

Prerequisites

Course pre-requisites:

This advanced course requires prior completion of the 2-day GCS course and obtaining Grandstream Certified Specialist UC Solutions and Grandstream Certified Specialist Networking Solutions certifications.

The course is intended for technical consultants and engineers wishing to design and implement Grandstream telephony, wi-fi and networking solutions. The course will also be useful for system administrators of customer companies who want to expand the set of basic skills that were acquired on the Grandstream level Certified Specialist course.

After passing the GCS Door Entry Solutions certification exam, participants receive three certificates:

Grandstream Certified Professional UC Solutions
