This course is intended for Dell Personnel, Partners, and Customers to assist in troubleshooting and managing the performance of PowerMax and VMAX All Flash arrays.

Prerequisite Knowledge/Skills
To understand the content and successfully complete this course, a student must have an understanding of:
• PowerMax and VMAX All Flash array architecture, configuration, and components.
• Features such as Service Level based provisioning, SRDF, and TimeFinder SnapVX.
• Basic knowledge of Unisphere for PowerMax for management and monitoring of arrays.
