Role description
A Business User is an individual who is performing their duties in an environment that has adopted or is planning to adopt a cloud-based business strategy. This role requires the individual to have a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and basic Alibaba Cloud services. Understanding the cloud as a Business User is a key step for any enterprise planning to adopt cloud strategies and ensuring a cloudsavvy workforce.

• Cloud Computing Concepts: Understand the basic concepts and terminology of cloud computing such as scalability, high availability, load balancing, serverless, and more.
• Cloud Computing Characteristics: Understand what makes cloud computing attractive to enterprises, including their service models, billing methods,
deployment models, and the shared responsibility model.
• Fundamental Cloud Service Offerings: Understand what services Alibaba Cloud provides at the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS levels, including but not limited to
ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, etc.
• Basic Technological Knowledge: Understand what makes the cloud secure and basic architectures like the 3-tier architecture, API, SDKs, and how to obtain
