We are looking a new Team-member to join us for the position “Business Development Manager of UC, Georgia”, Tibilisi.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Masters degree;
• Telephone sales skills,
• Ability to conduct complex negotiations;
• Experience in the IT market, preferably in consulting and training for at least 3 years;
• Ability to work with MS Office, CRM skills;
• Knowledge of CRM, NetSuite, SalesForce systems is welcome;
• Knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure virtualization, information security, ITIL, ITSM;
• Competent written English.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients (mailings, telephone conversations);
• Client consultations;
• Search for clients in Georgia and CIS countries;
• Work with local offices of vendors for which we have training authorizations, holding joint events;
• Implementation of sales plans for Georgia;
• Recruitment control and group formation;
• Organization and control of the educational process;
• Conclusion of contracts with contractors;
• Participation in marketing activities of the trade office, which are held in Georgia;
• Closing of accounting documents;
• Filling and maintenance of the local part of the site of the training center;
• Working with local media.
